1. What are the recommended accessories for the S1000+ to fulfill the professional aerial photography?
The S1000+ is recommended to use with A2 Flight Controller, 2.4G Bluetooth, IOSD MARK II, DJI Lightbridge and Zenmuse gimbal systems.
2. Can the S1000+ support Z15-5D gimbal systems? What are they?
Yes. The S1000+ can support all Zenmuse Z15 gimbal systems.
3. Can S1000+ support Nikon D800 camera?
No. The camera and the lens used on the S1000 must be supported by the gimbal.
4. Can S1000+ support Dropsafe? If so, what are the recommended gimbals and cameras?
Yes. S1000 is fully compatible with Dropsafe as well as all the Zenmuse gimbal systems. Customer can choose the camera and lens based on the gimbal.
5. How to connect the Flight Controller and the Landing Gear?
For A2 Flight Controller: Connect the “F1” end on the flight controller with the “IN” end of the landing gear using the servos wire.
For WooKong-M Flight Controller: Connect any one of the receiver’s two switch channel to the “IN” end of the flight controller.
For WooKong-M Flight Controller: Connect any one of the receiver’s two switch channel to the “IN” end of the flight controller.
6. Why will the S1000+ have a shaking issue when it is lowering?
The shaking issue is caused by the rotating speeds are different. When the rotating speed is reducing, the gyroscope will function as the S1000+ is imbalanced and cause the shaking issue.
7. Why will the S1000+ shake strongly and have jelly effect?
It will be caused by:
a. The propellers are too tightened. Try to loosen the screws on the mounting base a little bit.
b. The dynamic equilibrium of the propellers are not well functioning. Try to detach them and then reweigh them, rematch the propellers with similar weight or use a pair of same propellers to reinstall on the S1000+
c. The damping board for the motors are in old version. Try to change new version’s damping board and screws.

S1000+ has an optimization on New Power Distribution System and Removable Upper Center Board for you to access to the IMU.
2. What is the weight of the S1000+ and its take-off weight?
The weight of the S1000+ is 4.4kg and the take-off weight is about 6.2kg to 11kg.
3. What are the recommended gain values for the S1000+?
For A2 Flight Controller:
Basic: Roll 120%, Pitch 120%, Yaw 120%
Attitude: Roll 170%, Pitch 170%, Vertical 120%
For WooKong-M Flight Controller:
Basic: Roll 130%, Pitch 130%, Yaw 100%
Attitude: Roll 180%, Pitch 180%, Vertical 100%
Basic: Roll 120%, Pitch 120%, Yaw 120%
Attitude: Roll 170%, Pitch 170%, Vertical 120%
For WooKong-M Flight Controller:

4. What is the S1000+’s maximum raising velocity?
The maximum raising velocity of the S1000+ in no-load condition is 6m/s.
5. What is the S1000’s maximum flight speed?
The maximum flight speed of the S1000 in no-load condition is 16m/s but customers are not suggested to fly it with the maximum speed.

The S1000+’s 4.4kg weight including the S1000+’s body, the center board, the frame arms, the motors, the foldable propellers, the landing gears and all the accessories of the body.
